What are the logistics options?
- FedEx/DHL International Express (usually delivered to you within 3-5 days after printing is completed)
- Regular air freight (usually delivered to you within 7-13 days after printing is completed)
- If you are looking to save money, contact us for sea freight options, which can save you 50% or more. However, shipping time may be longer, typically requiring 45-50 days of transit time after printing is completed.
Do you offer small-batch printing?
Yes, we have a minimum order quantity of 100 units. Production takes 12-15 days, and after placing the order, you can expect delivery within 15-18 days. However, small-batch customization may face some challenges as special processes require unique materials and equipment, which can sometimes lead to relatively higher production time and costs.
Can I order custom pouches that are not on your website?
Yes! We are happy to make the unique style of bag you want us to produce. Simply send us your artwork for us to approve. Once accepted, our designers and engineers will start making your uniquely designed bags or pouches.
What payment methods do you accept?
We can accomodate many forms of electronic payments. Please call or email us if you have any special payment requirements.
What if the order does not satisfy me?
We are pleased to offer you a 100% satisfaction guarantee with our service within 2 weeks of receiving the product. If you are not satisfied with our design or quality, we will make corrections to meet your desired results. Please contact us for more.
